Robot vacuums with side brush vs without side brush: Side brush wins for wall-to-wall cleaning

Without a side brush, robots leave a noticeable gap along baseboards because they rely only on the main roller and suction. High-end models use cameras or lasers to get closer, but still miss the last half inch. Side brushes are cheap and effective — I’d rather have one.
