Full-chisel bites hard and clears chips fast for experienced operators in softwood, but kicks back harder and dulls quickly. Low-kickback cuts slower but is way more forgiving for occasional use or beginners. Unless you’re milling lumber all day, low-kickback will do the job without the ER trip.
