EXPO vs XMP: EXPO gives bigger 1% low gains on AMD for stutter reduction

EXPO adjusts FCLK to sync with memory, cutting latency and smoothing 1% lows on AMD. XMP just sets RAM speed on Intel, helping bandwidth but not stutter as much. The same DDR5 kit improves stutter more on an AMD+EXPO build than on an equivalently clocked Intel one.
